Description "Chatenet" Guest House - Bed & Breakfast in Limalonges
The large swimming pool has a childproof fence, and is accessed by your own private terrace, we have a bbq for your disposal, and lots of sun-loungers and hammocks. We are within walking distance of a town with supermarket/banks /bars and restaurants. The house has all mod-cons including dishwasher and large American style fridge, with an endless supply of cold filtered water and ice. There is lots to see and do in the area, and we can advise on any of these. There is plenty of parking, and the house is very quirky traditional stone, with our own twist of new & old. Our love of wildlife is reflected in the interior and exterior.

Leisure Limalonges - Deux-Sèvres
We are only 45 kms from Futurescope at Potiers, we also are a short distance from Vallee de Singe animal park. There is lots of crusade churches, in the area to explore, lots of history with some silver mines to explore! The coast is only a 90 minute drive away.. The area is very flat so perfect for cycling and walking. There are vineyards 30 minutes drive, and Cognac is only a 50 minute drive away, which is a lovely town, famous for its brandy, the river Charente runs through this town, and river trips and restaurants can be found all the way along. Niort is only 45 kms from us which has a large donjon (castle) and lots of history, this is a bustling market town with lots of shops/restaurants/bars, the river charente runs through this town, there are lots of water sports to divulge yourself into. Ruffec is only 10kms, again bars /restaurants/ and kayaking can be done here.
