The Mansarda is wide, bright with a view of the Vigolana Group. It is furnished Tyrolean style, accessorized, nearby lake and ski slopes, garden, forest behind. Living kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, washing machine, self-heating gas. In the town centre, nearby services. It is an ideal base for winter skiing on the Lavarone or Folgaria area, and hiking in the summer, in the woods, for malghe, on the peaks (Becco di Filadonna, Cima 12...). In the nearby woods passes the bike route 100 KM of the Forts, which leads by bicycle through the woods along the Austrian Forts of The 1st World War! The apartment is equipped with all the comforts: oven, microwave, etc., washing machine, axle and iron. A large private garden surrounds the villa. The place is quiet and smelling of Belle Epoque, 100m from the charming Lake lavarone and the Hotel du Lac where Sigmund Freud went on holiday in the early 1900s. The ski slopes are in the hamlet of Bertoldi, a five-minute drive from home. The house is in Church, close to the Lake and the Camping to the lake. The snow bus stops in front of the house. The Lavarone Plateau is located at 1100 m. high. Nearby are Trento and Rovereto. Just below the plateau and visible from the vantage points are Valsugana and Lake Caldonazzo.

The resort is suitable for both those who like holidays in the name of rest and those who prefer dynamic holidays. The territory is rich in nature trails of various difficulties and cycling routes. To visit, for those staying in Lavarone, is fort Belvedere Gschwent, where the World War I museum is based in the Alps. The Austro-Hungarian fort, built to guard the border over the Val d'Astico, is one of the most important testimonies of the front line of the Great War. In winter, the snow turns Lavarone into a skier's paradise. At the hamlets of Bertoldi and Malga Laghetto are the slopes (18 km) and the lifts, part of the ''Carosello dei Forti'' and Skirama Dolomiti. Lavarone is a popular cross-country ski resort with the international Millegrobbe competition, which is celebrated every year. Summer in Lavarone is ideal for sport and relaxation. Among the forests of the plateau is Lake Lavarone, equipped for bathing and fishing. Here Sigmund Freud loved to go for a walk during his holidays. For mountain bikers and trekking enthusiasts we point out the route of the ''100 km of the Forts'', which follows the different war fortifications of the Great War present in the highlands.
