The apartment is located in one of the streets of the historical centre of Cefalù, just 40 metres from the crystal-clear sea and sandy beach. It is situated in a very quiet and central location. The house has been restored and is directly on the sea and the Medieval Wash-house, one of the most important historical monuments of the city. The first floor is approximately 60 sqm and you will find inside 2 bright bedrooms both very welcoming, one with window and the other with balcony overlooking the sea and the beach of Cefalù, a bathroom with shower and window to the sea, a kitchen-dining room, national TV, kitchen, fridge and washing machine, sofa. This apartment is greatly appreciated by our customers for its wonderful sea view, its short distance from the beach and the shops and restaurants and the city centre. It is also very close to our Italian language school: Mediterranea Sicilia and to our other accommodations.
