Description "Charming Duplex" Charming & Luxury holiday letting in Santandria
Beautiful Duplex Penthouse with large terraces and spectacular pool surrounded by trees, sea views and is located 3 minutes walk from the beach. Very close to the beautiful town of Ciutadella in Menorca (5 minutes by car). The house was completely renovated in April 2018. It is also very well connected to Ciutadella and other towns with regular bus lines. It has air conditioning in all rooms. It has fiber wifi. Its capacity is for 5 people distributed over two floors. On the ground floor has a living / dining room and kitchen in the same space with access to a nice terrace overlooking the sea that is at the end of the street. On this terrace there are armchairs, sun lounger, dining table, awning. The kitchen has all the comforts and utensils. Sofas are beds, so on this floor can sleep two people, in this beautiful open space. The apartment consists of a large infrastructure: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, capsule coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, etc.. It has a bathroom with separate area of W.C. Shower with glass screen. On the upper floor there is a large space which is a bedroom with two beds and a single bed. The best thing is the huge charming terrace that has a large table for 8 people, sun loungers, large barbecue, sailing awning and natural plants. It is an ideal house to enjoy paradise: Menorca.

It can be reached by plane or boat, being an island. The airport is 42 km away in Mahon, if you arrive by plane. And if you arrive by boat there are two port: one in Mahon and one in Ciutadella. From Mahón and Ciutadella there is a bus network so you can get around the island. Near the house there is a bus stop to connect you to Ciutadella and other beaches. Our advice is to rent a car, so you can move freely.
