Our beautiful, traditional old stone house. It is located on the edge of her own olive grove in a farmer's hamlet. The house has a cosy well equipped living kitchen with wood-beamed ceilings and a wood-burning stove for winter. Dining table for 5 people, sitting area, wardrobe and kitchen utensils-everything is there for good cooking, baking and serving. 2 very spacious living/bedrooms (additional single bed and/or a baby cot is available). The bedroom upstairs gives access to the roof terrace. A modern spacious bathroom (9 m²). The large roof terrace (18 m²) offers a fantastic panoramic view over the Bay of Kotronas and to the mountains on the other side of the valley. A covered outdoor terrace with kitchen, an outdoor shower, a sun terrace and a lovely walled flower-and tree-lined terrace garden with both sun and shade. There are 2 parking places. Also in the olive grove it is lovely to sit in the shade of old trees, or hang out in hammocks between trees. The olive grove at the house has a total of 34 trees. The vast majority of them are olives for oil. There are also a few so-called olives to eat. For example the big tree on the large terrace at the house. Tasty oil and olives we also offer for sale. In the kitchen there is a bottle of our own oil for you to taste and for first use.

Mani, the beautiful middle finger of the Peloponnese with its unique landscape. Not yet discovered by mass tourism. With delicious quiet beaches with and without tavernas, mountains and mountain villages, fishing villages, cultural attractions and the overwhelming nature and flowers, not to mention the numerous churches and chapels with their murals on the most remote places. In short, a wonderful place for a fantastic holiday! Close to home, there are a number of fine beaches. In Kotronas there is a small sandy beach with a few beach chairs and umbrellas; in Chalikia there is a beautiful bay with a white pebble beach. Here the sea is very clear and nice to swim. In addition, there are two tavernas with terrace. It's really lovely to wander over the centuries-old kalderimi or monopadi, with large stone-paved roads that cross the old landscape from village to village. Or to walk in the shade through a gap with an unexpected little church, built in a cave. And then swim at one of the many beaches. Well-known sights are Mistras (1 hour drive), Monemvasia (1.5 hour drive), Olympia (in the middle of the Peloponnese) and the stalactite caves of Pyrgos Dirou near Areopoli (30 minutes) and the restored fortress village Vathia (45 minutes).

The house overlooks the Bay of Kotronas and the mountains on the other side. It is a great starting point for discovering the Mani! Away from mass tourism – also in summer! The house is located in a small farming hamlet and is easy to reach.
