The House is exposed to the South, all rooms overlooking the garden with lawn. House is accessible by a private driveway leading to the garden where, crossing by walking on paved ground drowned in the grass, you enter in the building, either by the entry / is the stairwell of the living room or kitchen, rooms open onto the garden. On the ground floor, the dining room and the adjacent lounge (where the old fireplace), kitchen and bathroom. there stands the stairs leading to the upper floor where the bedrooms and a second bathroom. The rooms overlook a wooden balcony that runs along the entire façade and overlooks the garden. The House is located in a small quiet village, where the calm and peace are broken only by the ringing of the church bells. This is not to mention the modernity of internet high speed, wifi and satellite TV.

Rocca Canavese is located in the centre of the Canavese, the vast rural area in the foothills north of Turin, which is 45 kilometers. Rocca is located in the heart of various possible excursions as well tourist cultural, as the Reggia di Venaria (20 km), the Lakes of Candia and Viverone (30 km), the Park of la Mandria (15 km), the national park of Gran Paradiso (20 km), and of course, all the attractions offered by Turin, including the Egyptian Museum, the Sabauda GalleryPalazzo Madame, royal palace, the castle of Valentino, the Gallery of Modern Art, the Museo de l'Automobile (MAQBOOL) to name only a few, besides the vivacity and the glamour of the 'night life' of the historic centre of San Salvario and Murazzi for unique evenings. But Rocca is perhaps the point of departure for excursions to greater distances as the Olympic Mountains, 2006, exactly 100 kilometres (Sauze d'Oulx) or from the mountains of the Valle d'Aosta (105 kilometres from Breuil-Cervinia).

Rocca Canavese can be reached by taking motorway to Turin-Caselle Airport and continuing on the road for the Valli di Lanzo. Then, once at the end of the main road, in the municipality of Nola, it must pass on a provincial highway, which in just 8 km of climbs and descents leads to Rocca.
