Three level traditional medieval villa, located on the top of Chora in Serifos.
Located on nearly the top of Chora, the villa was first built, in its present structure, around 1600 a.C. It was renovated and restored by our family in 1980s, following the original blueprints. It is a 3 level house, with its own main entrance. On the ground level there is a spacious living room with big windows, a fully equipped kitchen and a spare room with two single beds. Going up the stairs you will find a double bedroom on a wooden deck (loft) and the bathroom with its shower. Next to this spacious room there is another double bedroom with its own separate bathroom and shower. On the exterior there is a small quiet porch where one can sit and enjoy breakfast or reading a book in the afternoon. All rooms have hot water and Wi-Fi access 24/7.
Serifos Island is located in the western Cyclades. It extends approximately 75 square kilometers and has a total length of beaches of about 10 kilometers. The whole island is a balcony to the Aegean Sea, with an outlook over Kithnos to the North, Siros to the Northeast, Paros to the East, Sifnos to the Southeast and Milos to the South. The enchanting Chora is the capital town, a bunch of white houses built on an almost perpendicular rock, with windmills and stone paved pedestrian walkways, which classify it among one of the most beautiful capital towns of the Greek islands.
The villa has easy access, just a 5 minutes’ walk from the main road, where you can park your car/bike.
