In the middle of Ria de Arousa, you'll find this small town of beaches of fine golden sand. Scintillating beaches many of them surrounded by lush forests. Some in which you can bathe are: Rego do Alcalde, A Braña, Campamento, As Sinas, O Terrón or As Patiñas, among many others. From Vilanova, you can explore some villages in the area that have great tradition and charm. Take a trip to the neighbouring island of Arousa, or go to O Grove area and the island of la Toja, a small island connected to the peninsula by a narrow bridge and where you will find several spas available to relax. Even Baiona is worthy of a day trip. Go offshore catamaran or enjoy great seafood are some things you can enjoy in this region.
