Our home has 130 square meters on two levels. The upper level can accommodate 4 people and the lower level can accommodate 2 more. The upper level includes two large bedrooms with their own bath & shower. The beds are queen size for the first room and two single beds for the other. The kitchen is on the upper level as well. The terrace is ideal for dining and relaxing. The lower level has a third room, a bathroom, a patio, a laundry room and an outside shower as well. On the surroundings is a stream with small waterfalls barely audible, giving evenings an extra charm. At dawn, it is also common to hear howler monkeys in the background. The Villa’s elevated terrace allows you to admire the splendid panorama.

Birds and howler monkeys will serve as your alarm clock. In summary a lot of activities or expeditions are available within 50 KM. Beach, Surf, Cascades Nauyaca riding, Zipline, Isla del Cano, Manuel Antonio Park (about 1:30 hour drive), Marino Ballena Park (about 20 minutes), Corcovado Park (about 45 minutes), for hiking there is a lot of choice but the best would be at Mount Chirripo with a total altitude of 3800 meter, etc. You can always benefit from the support and recommendations of our property managers who knows the area very well and also speak English French and Spanish. Several restaurants are in the village of Ojochal (5 minutes drive) including 2-3 upscale offer with always appreciated menu. They are many beaches for exploration, swimming or surfing along the Pacific. From Ojochal several beaches (7-8) are accessible in less than 30 minutes by car. Of course turtles, dolphins and whales are part of the marine fauna visually accessible by boat, diving or looking from the shore.

Our home is on a quiet road a few kms from Ojochal. We are at 500 feet elevation so there is a warm breeze off the ocean during the day and a cool breeze off the mountains at night. The climate is perfect - no heat or air conditioning needed. We are 2 km from the main highway, an easy drive to reach our home. The house is near by the Hotel Diquis del Sur. During your stay you can use ALL the services and facilities of the hotel
