Geography & History: Sardinia is the second largest island in the Med and boasts over 1,000 miles of often undeveloped coastline. Populated for over 8,000 years the island has a rich and varied history from the neolithic, through ancient and medieval to modern, the remains of which can be seen at every turn. Despite being claimed by dozens of civilizations over the centuries including the Phoenicians, Romans, Spanish, French, Brits and of course Italians, few ventured far from the coast. As a result Sardinia has always held onto it's own traditions and culture. It's said that as recently as 30 years ago it wan't safe for tourists to venture in. The cliffs of Capo Testa is one of the most fascinating places of Sardinia. This formation is made up of granite rocks, which, modeled over time by the wind, have taken spettacular forms. The small peninsula is linked to terra firma by a sandy isthmus with a road built upon it.

We are located 8-9 kms from Santa tesera and Palau, 1 km from San Pasquale and 2 km's from Porto Pozzo. All of local gathers during the summer. Plenty of dining facilities, pubs and bars. There is a different beach every 2-3 km's in either direction. Visit the beautiful islands tours
